The Dalmatian style of living is all about enjoying and indulging your senses, and what better way to do that but through food. We take pride in making sure our food is local and homegrown, and this is what we want to share with you on these tours. Century-old olives grown with a lot of effort, love and hard working experienced hands turn into oil, with which every food gets a special taste. Join us in Konavle valley to see this come to life and hear the story of the long kept olive growing tradition. You will also get a chance to taste the olive oil which will complete your sampling of local cheeses and wines. Heading north of Dubrovnik, at the beginning of Pelješac peninsula you will find yourself in the charming city of Ston, which is famous for the second longest city walls in the world and oysters freshly extracted from the sea. It is said that Ston bay has the absolute perfect conditions for growing oysters: a mix of sea water and fresh water, as well as the perfect temperature. Another thing this area is famous for are its salt mines, where salt is extracted the same way it was centuries ago. The very north of Dubrovnik county, beautiful Neretva region, has a very interesting gastronomy which includes meals with freshly caught frogs and eels. Surround yourself with water lilies, protected species of birds and a fresh river breeze while gently sailing along the green labyrinth of wetland grass. At the same time you will feel peaceful and connected with nature, while also embracing your wild side.

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL
After arriving at the airport, your guide and driver, who will both be with you for the next 7 days as your hosts, will wait for you at Arrivals and drive you to your booked accommodation with a brief introduction of the itinerary and the city. In the evening, the driver and guide will take you to an organized in-nature outdoor cooking show & craft beer party, where you can relax and start your journey in the best way possible.
DAY 2 – INTRODUCTION TO THE CITY AND URBAN GASTRO TOUR
The driver and guide will pick you up after breakfast at your hotel and drive to the Old city where you will have a guided tour of Dubrovnik city walls and the city itself. This tour will end in one of the best Old city restaurants with a Michelin recommendation, famous for traditional meals. Ana, the owner and sommelier will give you an introduction to our traditional meals, along with a five course lunch and wine pairing. After lunch, for the rest of the day you have free time. Your guide will be available for any questions or recommendations on what to do.
DAY 3 – PELJESAC PENINSULA TOUR
You will be picked up at the hotel after breakfast for a drive along the coast to Peljesac peninsula, the second largest peninsula in Croatia. The day will be spent by enjoying different guided activities such as the Ston city tour, a visit to the oldest salt pans in Europe, a boat ride to oyster farms and a visit to two traditional wineries, as Peljesac peninsula is world famous for its spectacular wine. This is a full day tour so the return to the hotel is expected around 5 pm. After that, you have free time for dinner and a nice evening.
DAY 4 – KONAVLE COUNTRYSIDE TOUR
After breakfast and another pick up at the hotel, you will drive to Konavle region, where you will participate in a cooking class, learning how to make traditional meals with a local family. After the cooking class and a superb lunch, you will visit two wineries – one is the 2016 and 2019 world champion in Malvasia wine - Karaman and another one is the famous Crvik winery. Other than comparing the two, you can compare the difference in wines here and on Pelješac. An earlier return to the hotel is expected, and from approximately 3 pm you have free time.
DAY 5 – NERETVA RIVER VALLEY TOUR
This is a full day Neretva region tour, perfectly made for exploring a different part of South Croatia and a different gastronomy offer. We will go to the Neretva valley, where our host will wait for us. You will get to enjoy a ride in an old vessel along Neretva river for one and a half hour, where you will be able to see traditional plantations of citrus fruits: lemons, oranges and clementines – the biggest such plantains in Croatia. Afterwards we will visit an old ‘’konoba’’ by the river where a Rhapsody of frogs will be served – different courses showing different way of preparing this traditional meal. After the expected 5 pm return to the hotel, you can enjoy your free time and relax after an exciting day.
DAY 6 – OLIVE DAY
Day six is the day for one of the main produce in our region – olive oil. On our half day tour we will visit a traditional household that has been growing and processing olives for centuries. We will also enjoy some traditional liquor and visit the olive mill. At the olive mill, we will of course taste the olive oil. That is just the beginning because after that we will go to the olive grove, where we will be greeted by another olive growing host and given olive oil, cheese, prosciutto and even an olive oil cake to taste. After this exquisite brunch, we will drive back to the hotel and after approximately 3 pm you have your free time.
DAY 7 – FREE DAY
After a week of exploring best of what South Croatia has to offer, this day is a relax day or a day for recreation to spend all those calories.

DAY 8 - DEPARTURE
After check out, you will have an airport transfer with your designated driver and guide. They will be there to help you with everything and to say goodbye.
